In leaving the reality of polarity behind, we need to establish a new energy source that does not come from the tension of opposites.

This new energy source happens because through these practices of wholesomeness, we are expanding perspective. It is not action that determines outcome or that makes life happen…it is from attitude refined through fluid perspective.(1) Life will rearrange favorably around you through your gladness of heart and the tensionlessness in body. Being free of tension is to be in the state of timeless renewal. The vitality from that is the new energy source.
We are told that the tension of opposites is to give way to the creative sexual tension of recognizing potentials to be explored. This creative tension is precursor to manifesting the real. The passion of possibilities is an animating force that is ours when we attune to the stirrings of inspiration and live from a hopeful perspective.
For today, spend some time tapping into the new energy source as Almine suggests. When feeling flat and in the predictable, shift perspective in some way, until you feel a state and attitude change. Notice the lightness in being and new inspired possibilities that open up from that. And know that you are changing potential outcomes for all life through repeatedly doing this, as there is nothing outside the Self and all is you. So as you find new sources of energy/vitality, life will flourish in ways you cannot know. Delight in this…embody this knowing, and you become a source of generativity by your hopeful attitudes.
Today is a day in the Field of Intent! We have so many backward-moving time days that an “I” day feels like freedom! On these days we are “evolving understanding and receiving new information” from the Field of Intent. Let it be a day where you show up anew through the practice suggested!
